This website is run by Atulya Apna Aashiyana, a property sale, purchase and consultancy business based in Patna, Bihar, India. In this policy, "we", "us" and "our" mean Atulya Apna Aashiyana.
2. Information we collect
Information you give us. When you use the Contact form or the Sell Property form, we receive your name, phone number, email address (optional), the subject and message you write, and, on the Sell Property form, details of your property such as type, location, area and expected price.
Information stored on your device. If you save a property to your shortlist or add it to Compare, that choice is stored only in your own browser. We do not receive it.
Technical information. Like any website, our hosting provider may process technical data such as your IP address and browser type to deliver the site and keep it secure. We do not currently run advertising or analytics trackers on this website.
Calls and WhatsApp. If you call us or message us on WhatsApp, we receive your phone number and what you tell us. Those services have their own privacy policies.
3. How we use your information
- To reply to your enquiry and contact you about properties you asked about.
- To list, market and sell your property, if you used the Sell Property form.
- To arrange site visits and keep a record of our conversations.
- To improve our service and keep the website secure.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not use it to send unrelated advertising.
4. Who we share it with
Only the people who need it to help you, and the service providers that run this website for us:
- Cloudflare: hosts and secures the website.
- Supabase: stores the enquiries and property information in a database.
- Telegram and email services: used only to notify our own team when a new enquiry arrives.
- Google (Maps, Fonts) and content delivery networks: when you open a map link, or when the site loads fonts and scripts, those providers may see your IP address.
We may also disclose information where the law requires it.
5. How long we keep it
We keep enquiry details for as long as needed to deal with your request and for our business and legal records. After that we delete or anonymise them. You can ask us to delete your details earlier (see section 7).
6. Security
We use reasonable technical and organisational measures to protect your information, including access-controlled admin tools and encrypted (HTTPS) connections. No website or storage service can promise complete security, so please do not send sensitive documents or banking details through the website forms.
7. Your choices and rights
You can ask us to tell you what personal information we hold about you, correct it, or delete it, and you can withdraw your consent to us contacting you. Please contact us using the details below and we will respond within a reasonable time. We handle personal information in line with applicable Indian law.
8. Children
This website is meant for adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 18.
9. Property information
Property details, prices, areas and photos on this website are for general information and may change or contain errors. They are not an offer or a legal document. Please confirm all details and the property documents with us and with your own advisers before you make a decision.
10. Changes to this policy
We may update this policy from time to time. The date at the top shows when it was last changed.
